How do I book treatments?

Do I need to be a member to book treatments or hair salon appointments?
Not at all. Members and non-members are welcome
What do I need to bring for my spa days?
We provide a robe, towel and slippers for spa day guests – you just need a swimsuit
What do I need to wear for my treatment?
Your normal attire is fine, as you can change in the room. Spa days can keep their swimwear on
How long does my hair need to be for waxing?
0.5 to 1cm, or 3-6 weeks growth depending how coarse your hair is
How long before my appointment should I arrive?
Aim to arrive 15 minutes before to give you enough time to relax
Do I need a patch test before hair colour or tinting?
You do. This can be done at any time and takes 1 minute

We have free weights, and functional training equipment.
